1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and h31bd ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing h31bd, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using h31bd immediately. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

2. Eligibility

Access to h31bd is restricted to individuals who meet all of the criteria below. h31bd may request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during a player's account lifecycle.

• 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age. h31bd strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately, winnings forfeited, and the original deposit returned subject to verification.
• 2.2You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• 2.3You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your real name and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• 2.4You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of h31bd is lawful in your jurisdiction before you register.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may register only one account on h31bd. All account credentials are your personal responsibility. h31bd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• 3.1Each player may hold only one active h31bd account at any time. If you already hold an account, you must not register a second one. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will all be closed without notice.
• 3.2Keep your login credentials confidential. Never share your username, password, or OTPs with any person, including anyone claiming to represent h31bd support. h31bd staff will never ask for your password.
• 3.3h31bd may require KYC identity verification at any stage. This may include a government-issued ID document. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
• 3.4Notify h31bd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected]. h31bd will investigate reported incidents promptly and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further harm.
• 3.5Account transfers, sales, or assignments to any third party are strictly forbidden. An h31bd account is personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on h31bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). h31bd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The clauses below govern all transactions on the platform.

• 4.1The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay and are typically credited to your h31bd balance instantly or within a few minutes.
• 4.2Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• 4.3Players may only withdraw funds obtained through legitimate gameplay or genuine winnings. Withdrawal of unplayed deposited funds is subject to h31bd's discretion and may involve a processing review.
• 4.4h31bd does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees charged by the mobile financial service provider itself are the player's responsibility.
• 4.5h31bd may delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Funds will be released once a satisfactory review is concluded.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

h31bd offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

• 5.1All bonus offers are available to verified players aged 21 and above with accounts in good standing. h31bd may exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where evidence of bonus abuse exists.
• 5.2Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus balance before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• 5.3Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s). Winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement. Unused free spins expire at the end of the promotion's validity period.
• 5.4Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, household, and device. h31bd uses technical measures to identify duplicate bonus claims and will void bonuses obtained through duplicate registrations.
• 5.5h31bd may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not adversely affect bonus funds already credited and in active use by a player at the time of the change.

6. Responsible Gaming

h31bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The tools and rules below are available to all players and are designed to support safe, controlled gambling activity.

• 6.1Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• 6.2Players may request a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be temporarily suspended. No deposits, wagers, or promotional claims may be made during a time-out.
• 6.3Players who feel their gambling has become problematic may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact [email protected] to request self-exclusion.
• 6.4h31bd prohibits gambling by persons under 21. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household cannot access h31bd or any associated accounts. If you are concerned about underage gambling, contact support immediately.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on h31bd. Engaging in any prohibited activity below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• 7.1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with h31bd in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
• 7.2Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit side-bet patterns, or coordinate multi-account play on live casino tables or sports betting markets is prohibited and constitutes fraud.
• 7.3Using h31bd for money laundering — including structuring deposits and withdrawals to disguise the origin of funds — is strictly prohibited. h31bd follows anti-money laundering best practices and will report suspicious activity where required.
• 7.4Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided without exception.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

h31bd may suspend or permanently close any player account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm the platform or other players.

• 8.1Where an account is suspended for investigation, h31bd will notify the holder and aim to complete its review within 14 business days. If no breach is found, the account will be restored and any withheld funds released.
• 8.2Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach, h31bd may forfeit any bonus balances and promotional winnings. Real-money deposits that were legitimately made may be returned at h31bd's discretion following review.
• 8.3Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on h31bd — including software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the property of h31bd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use h31bd for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any h31bd content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of h31bd's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h31bd's liability to any player is limited as set out below. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

• 10.1h31bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• 10.2h31bd is not responsible for platform interruptions caused by network outages, maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider downtime. Where an interruption voids a wager, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• 10.3h31bd's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

h31bd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept h31bd's Privacy Policy. h31bd uses your personal data to administer your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and meet legal obligations. h31bd does not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

h31bd may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h31bd will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via their contact details on file. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published on this page.

If you do not agree with any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using h31bd immediately and may request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through h31bd's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
